Welcome to the Double Negative family! Odds are if you are reading this you've just got your account activation email, or your just really good and finding things :).

Let's get you settled in, follow the steps below.

Sign-in

You should have received your temporary credentials to log in. For the purpose of this example, we're going to pretend your name is John Doe. Your email should look something like this- jdoe@ddnegative.com or if you are a partner you should use the assigned domain name. Your password will be randomly generated and can only be used once.

Login at the Office.com home page, enter your new email address, and temporary password. Once logged in you'll be prompted to change your password. You must change your password before you can access your account, so make it something secure and memorable.

Google Workspace

If you were assigned an employee ID at your hiring then you will have a Google Workspace account waiting for you. If you were not provided an employee ID check if you have one by following the steps in this guide.

If you have an ID then you can log in to your Google Workspace account at https://accounts.google.com/signin. Enter your DNMG email address should look something like this- jdoe@ddnegative.com if you are a partner, you do not have a Google Workspace account. If you receive an error when logging in, or would like to request a Google Workspace account please submit a ticket.

Data Web Portal

All users have a Data Web Portal account, as these accounts are provisioned automatically. There are a few methods to logging into Data Web Portal so please read carefully.

  1. Most users can use the "Microsoft 365" option, however, it is not recommended that you use this method as your account will not be provisioned this way and requires an extension to be installed to your browser.
  2. If you have a Google Workspace account you may use the "Google Workspace" option to log in.
  3. Alternatively, if you are a partner of DNMG and do not have a DNMG email address and instead have an email with your own domain name then you'll need to request access to Data Web Portal by creating a ticket.

Email Update-

As of 4/10/2021 all DNMG employees/partners with an email address ending in @ddnegative.com have an active Outlook inbox, meaning emails are no longer forwarded to a personal email of choice. You may not forward emails out of your inbox for security reasons.
